Frequently asked questions
When customizing hockey sticks, the weave of the carbon fiber—12K, 18K, or 24K—plays a critical role in performance, weight, flexibility, and durability. These terms refer to the number of thousands of carbon filaments bundled together in each strand of the weave.
12K: Made with 12,000 carbon fiber filaments woven together, creating a small checkered pattern. The woven design adds extra strength compared to unidirectional fibers.
18K: The most common choice, features 18,000 carbon fiber filaments woven together. This provides greater strength than 12K and produces a slightly larger checkered pattern on the stick.
24K: Constructed with 24,000 carbon fiber filaments, making it the highest grade for superior performance and durability. It has the largest checkered pattern,

Choosing the Right Kickpoint for Your Custom Sticks
The kickpoint of a hockey stick is where the shaft flexes most during a shot, influencing power, speed, and accuracy.

Low Kickpoint: Near the blade and ideal for players who take quick wrist and snap shots.
Mid Kickpoint: Located in the middle of the shaft, suits versatile players who mix different shot types.
High Kickpoint: Near the top hand, is best for those who prioritize powerful slap shots.
Hockey sticks cannot be returned. Sticks that break within 30 days of delivery may be eligible for replacement. The 30-day warranty covers genuine issues, not intentional damage, and misuse of the policy will not be tolerated. To submit a valid claim, customers must email their order number along with detailed photos of the break and the entire stick.
