What is your Return Policy?Hockey sticks cannot be returned. Sticks that break within 30 days of delivery may be eligible for replacement. The 30-day warranty covers genuine issues, not intentional damage, and misuse of the policy will not be tolerated. To submit a valid claim, customers must email their order number along with detailed photos of the break, the entire stick, their name, and the warranty sticker for review.
